Virtual tours for bedding and sofa showrooms
Comfort has to be tried, so get them in.
Beds and sofas are the two purchases people most refuse to make without sitting on them first. The showroom's job is to get someone through the door, and the website's job is to make that trip feel worthwhile.
- Prove there is enough range to justify the trip
- Let customers plan what to try before arriving
- Show pieces at proper scale in room sets
- Shorten the in-store sales conversation
Why it works for this sector
A tour showing the range across the floor tells a customer there is enough choice to justify the journey. That is the specific objection that stops people visiting: the fear of driving out to a showroom with six sofas in it.
It also lets a customer scope out what they want to try, so the visit is efficient and the sales conversation starts further along.
How big a tour do you need?
Bedding and sofa showrooms need our Large tier at £950.
Every tour is priced on scenes, not square footage.
See what each tier includes, or answer five questions and we will size it for you.
Bedding and Sofa Showrooms virtual tours - your questions answered
What objection does the tour actually overcome?
The fear of a wasted journey. Customers worry a showroom will have a handful of pieces, and seeing the floor removes that doubt.
Can customers see prices?
With an enhanced tour, hotspots can carry model names and prices on individual pieces.
How much does a showroom tour cost?
From £825, or £950 for larger floors. All prices are plus VAT.
How long does it take from shoot to live?
Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit secures your date and is due no later than two weeks before the shoot. 25% is payable once the shoot is complete, and the final 25% on delivery and sign-off, at which point the tour and any photography or video assets are sent to you.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel is included free within London Zones 1 to 4. Anywhere else is priced by mileage or by mode of transport, and it is set out in your quote before you commit.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
All prices are plus VAT. Your written quote always shows the VAT separately, so there are no surprises at invoice.
Who owns the finished tour and images?
We retain copyright of the finished work, and you receive a lifetime licence to use it however you like: your website, listings, social channels, print and advertising.
How it works
Virtual tours, start to finish
From first enquiry to a tour live on Google, the whole thing takes 4 to 10 working days after the shoot.
- 0115 min response
Tell us about your space
Call, email or send a floor plan and we will count the scenes and tell you which tier you fall into. We respond to every enquiry within 15 minutes during business hours, with a tailored written quote rather than a figure plucked out of the sky.
- 0250% deposit
Book your date
A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.
- 032 to 8 hours
Shoot day
Between 2 and 8 hours on site depending on the size of the space, planned around your opening and trading hours. We have shot entire retail estates without costing a single trading hour, so working around you is normal rather than exceptional.
- 0425% on completion
Stitching and post-production
Every panorama is stitched, levelled and colour corrected, then built into a tour that matches the layout of your space. If you have commissioned an enhanced tour, this is where the hotspots, menus and calls to action are added.
- 0525% on delivery
Live and signed off
Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job. Google tours then go through Google's own quality control, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once you have signed off, the final payment is due and everything is sent over.
