Pools are the most technically demanding interior we shoot: humid, highly reflective, usually lit by a mix of daylight and artificial sources that fight each other. Badly shot, a pool looks cold and municipal.

Why it works for this sector
Done properly, the water reads clean and inviting and the space reads generous. That difference decides whether a parent books swimming lessons with you or with the leisure centre, and whether a hotel guest counts your pool as a reason to stay.
A tour also answers the practical questions parents ask: how deep is the shallow end, is there seating for spectators, where are the changing rooms in relation to the water.
How big a tour do you need?
A pool with changing facilities usually need our Medium tier at £825.

Can you shoot in a humid pool environment?
Yes, it is routine. Condensation and reflection are the two technical challenges and both are managed with the right kit and timing.
Should the pool be empty or in use?
Empty gives the cleanest result and avoids consent issues, particularly where children are involved. Most pools are captured before opening.
How much does a pool tour cost?
From £525 for the pool and changing areas, or £825 as part of a wider facility. All prices are plus VAT.
How long does it take from shoot to live?
Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit secures your date and is due no later than two weeks before the shoot. 25% is payable once the shoot is complete, and the final 25% on delivery and sign-off, at which point the tour and any photography or video assets are sent to you.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel is included free within London Zones 1 to 4. Anywhere else is priced by mileage or by mode of transport, and it is set out in your quote before you commit.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
All prices are plus VAT. Your written quote always shows the VAT separately, so there are no surprises at invoice.
Who owns the finished tour and images?
We retain copyright of the finished work, and you receive a lifetime licence to use it however you like: your website, listings, social channels, print and advertising.
How it works
Virtual tours, start to finish
From first enquiry to a tour live on Google, the whole thing takes 4 to 10 working days after the shoot.

Tell us about your space
Call, email or send a floor plan and we will count the scenes and tell you which tier you fall into. We respond to every enquiry within 15 minutes during business hours, with a tailored written quote rather than a figure plucked out of the sky.

Book your date
A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.

Shoot day
Between 2 and 8 hours on site depending on the size of the space, planned around your opening and trading hours. We have shot entire retail estates without costing a single trading hour, so working around you is normal rather than exceptional.

Stitching and post-production
Every panorama is stitched, levelled and colour corrected, then built into a tour that matches the layout of your space. If you have commissioned an enhanced tour, this is where the hotspots, menus and calls to action are added.

Live and signed off
Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job. Google tours then go through Google's own quality control, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once you have signed off, the final payment is due and everything is sent over.
