How Much Does a Virtual Tour Cost in the UK?
Real published prices, not a 'contact us for a quote' guessing game.

Most virtual tour pricing online is vague on purpose. Ours isn't: our prices start at £435 and every tier, every add-on and every service is published on our pricing page with a real figure next to it, because transparency means trust and we'd rather you knew what you were paying for before you called.
Here's what actually determines what you pay, and what a real bill looks like for a few common kinds of business.
- Google virtual tours from £525, Matterport from £550, based on scene count
- Enhanced tour add-on: base rate plus £495, up to 30 hotspots included
- No hosting fee at all on Google tours; £60 a year on Matterport and enhanced tours
- Combining services (photography, video) in the same visit costs less than separate shoots
What actually sets your price: scene count
Every tier is built around how many 360 scenes your space needs, not the industry you're in. Small (up to 10 scenes) is £525, Medium (up to 20) is £825, Large (up to 30) is £950, and XL adds £300 per extra 10 scenes beyond that. A scene is one viewpoint, most rooms need one or two, corridors and larger halls need a few more so the walk-through feels smooth.
Send us a floor plan or describe your space on a call and we'll estimate your scene count, and therefore your tier, in minutes.
What a real bill looks like
An independent cafe or small shop typically lands in Small: one Google virtual tour, £525, live on Maps, Search and your website for good. A single-location restaurant or clinic with a few distinct zones usually sits in Medium at £825. Add the enhanced layer, hotspots, branding, calls to action inside the tour, for base rate plus £495 on top of either.
There's no hosting fee at all on a Google tour. Matterport and enhanced tours carry a £60 a year hosting fee, which is the only recurring cost on your bill. All prices are plus VAT.
Where the price can come down
Booking photography or video alongside your tour in the same visit costs less than booking them separately, because the crew and setup are already on site. If you need more than one service, tell us everything up front and we'll quote it as one package rather than several add-on invoices.
Questions people ask
Is £525 really the full price, or is that a 'from' figure with hidden extras?
£525 is the Small tier's full price for up to 10 scenes, plus VAT. The only genuine extras are the enhanced layer (base rate plus £495) if you want hotspots, and hosting (£60 a year) on Matterport or enhanced tours. Google tours alone have no ongoing fee.
Why do prices vary between companies so much?
A lot of virtual tour pricing hides scene count, hosting fees or software subscriptions behind a 'from' price. Ask any provider what happens after year one, some Matterport-based competitors charge ongoing platform subscriptions we don't.
Do multi-location businesses get a different rate?
Campaigns across several locations are quoted per campaign, with the same per-scene logic behind the number, plus dedicated project management. See our national and international campaigns page for how that's structured.
